Rev. Dr. Michelle Bogue-Trost is a pastor, leader, consultant, teacher, mentor, spiritual director, preaching coach, and passionate gardener. She has secular and ministry experience in administration, management, team building, and leadership, developed prior to ministry and through 25+ years of appointment to United Methodist congregations ranging in membership from 11 to 1000, and service in District, Conference, Jurisdictional and General Conference ministries. She brings authenticity and honesty to her work, as well as a willingness to help individuals and congregations craft new vision to reach their highest possible potential, given their current contextual reality. The spiritual health of each person and congregation is of paramount importance in this sacred work.
She has consulted with congregations and pastors of various denominations. Her strengths in relevant preaching, engaging teaching, and skilled coaching help her work with pastors and congregations in the areas of authentic leadership, contextual vision-casting, team building, and change management.
